Osprey Apartment - Southwold

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The value for money was great and the room itself was spacious and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and cute.

The food for breakfast could have been better, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

As a frequent traveler, I often find myself needing a transit hotel during my journeys. Osprey, located just 63 km from the nearest airport, was a convenient option for my stay in Southwold. The ease of reaching the hotel from the airport made my travel experience much smoother. the location of Osprey was remarkable. While my stay at Osprey was generally pleasant, there was one minor issue that stood out. The description on the hotel database mentioned BBQ facilities, and excited about the prospect of grilling, I brought all the necessary food.

The water system in the house was quite noisy, especially at night when someone ran a tap or flushed the toilet. This could be quite annoying and disruptive to a good night's sleep.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The heating was a bit complicated and had to be set each night, resulting in cold bedrooms and beds on the first night.

I never regret staying at this place. The staff helped me find my lost car keys on my first visit. It has everything I need like Wi-Fi, off-site car park, dryer. Plus, I can go cycling, fishing, and play golf. The beach access is great. Pets are allowed. No smoking. Perfect for weekends!
